The Appointment Scheduling Process:

 

You call to make an appointment. Once the repair is discussed, a date and time is set for you to be seen.  

You then come (on time) and “Sea” will see you at the said date and time.

During this time “Sea” will test the scooter to see if it truly has the issue stated during the phone call.  

After this, “Sea” will tell you what must be done to fix the problem, when the repair will be done, and when your scooter will be ready for pick-up or drop-off. At this time payment will be exchanged (first) and then the repair will be done, guaranteed. There is no payment after the repair is done unless you are a trusted client that Sea has already dealt with in the past. No payment, no repair.

Payment methods are Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo, and Card.  

Despite the 2 bad reviews on Yelp by the same family for the same false accusations,

ESR is a trustworthy reputable company with many great reviews that Yelp has hidden because ESR has refused to pay for their marketing services. You can find those great reviews on our website on the REVIEWS page.

ESR is ran by one man so there are no run-arounds.
